Dane Gussis, P.E. Managing Partner - Reservoir Engineer
Dane has spent approximately 18 years working in the oil and gas industry in roles that have included reservoir engineering, field development planning, operations, and corporate reserves. His work has involved supporting companies of varying sizes with portfolio analysis and evaluations related to asset value and resource potential.
His field and asset experience includes the Midland Basin, Eagle Ford Shale, East Texas enhanced oil recovery projects, the Gulf of Mexico, the Granite Wash in the Texas Panhandle, the inland Texas Gulf Coast, and the Vaca Muerta Shale. Prior to co-founding Certero Consultants, LLC, Dane worked at ExxonMobil, XTO Energy, Texakoma, and Pioneer Natural Resources. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and holds an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Arturo has spent approximately 18 years working in the oil and gas industry, supporting domestic and international E&P companies in analytical and technical roles. His experience includes economic modeling, database management, and portfolio and reserves analysis, with exposure to assets across the Midland Basin, Piceance Basin, Powder River Basin, Eagle Ford Shale, Fayetteville Shale, Vaca Muerta Shale, and select regions operated by PEMEX.
Arturo began his career at Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. and later worked at Pioneer Natural Resources before co-founding Certero Consultants, LLC. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington.
